By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the CK88 platform — including the website, mobile browser version, or dedicated app — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. Each player may hold only one CK88 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, CK88 will close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

All deposits and withdrawals on CK88 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). CK88 does not apply currency conversion fees at any stage of the transaction process. Accepted deposit methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer.

Deposits are credited to your CK88 account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant provider. In the vast majority of cases this is instant. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes of the transaction completing on your end, contact CK88 support with your transaction reference number.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• CK88 does not accept deposits from third parties under any circumstances.

Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. CK88 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. In the event of a technical failure during a live game session, the round will be voided and any bets placed during the affected round will be returned to player balances.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• CK88 reserves the right to void bets placed in error due to a technical fault or pricing error.
• Any attempt to exploit a software bug or game error must be reported to support immediately.
• Winnings derived from exploiting a known error will be voided.

In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, CK88 may freeze account balances pending investigation.

You may close your CK88 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply to the balance.

CK88 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While CK88 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, CK88 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues outside of CK88's direct control.

CK88 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to a technical fault that has been appropriately voided and refunded in accordance with these terms. CK88's total liability to any player in any given circumstance is limited to the value of the bet or transaction directly involved in the relevant incident.
